The Gingerbread House Workshop
Build, decorate and take home your very own gingerbread house in this festive two-hour workshop.
Join us on Saturday 5 December 2026 at The Greig Hall in Alcester for a cosy afternoon or evening of gingerbread, sweets and Christmas creativity.
What's included
Each £45 ticket includes:
- Your own gingerbread house pieces to build and decorate
- All ingredients needed for your gingerbread house
- A selection of sweets and festive decorations
- Tea, coffee or hot chocolate
- Your finished gingerbread house to take home
- A two-hour festive workshop
Choose your preferred date when booking:
Afternoon session: 2:30pm–4:30pm
Evening session: 6:30pm–8:30pm
There are just 16 spaces available for each session.
Every attendee needs their own ticket and will make their own gingerbread house.
Age requirements
This workshop is suitable for ages 12 and over.
Guests aged 12–17 are very welcome, but must attend with an adult aged 18 or over. As each guest will be making their own gingerbread house, the accompanying adult will also need their own ticket and will have their own gingerbread house to build and decorate.
Allergy information
Our gingerbread recipe contains wheat (gluten), milk and egg.
A variety of sweets, chocolate, decorations and nuts will also be used during the workshop. Nuts will be present and handled, and the workshop environment cannot be guaranteed to be free from nuts or other allergens. Cross-contamination may occur.
We will keep the original packaging and ingredient information for the products used and can provide this information to guests.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact Glaze & Graze before booking so we can discuss the ingredients and allergen information with you.
Unfortunately, we do not recommend attending if you have a severe or potentially life-threatening nut allergy, or another allergy where exposure to traces could cause a serious reaction.

Parking is available at the venue free of charge.
Tickets
Your ticket will be sent by email after booking. Please bring your ticket with you to the workshop.
Cancellation & refunds
As this workshop takes place on a specific date and session, tickets are not subject to the usual 14-day cancellation period.
Please check your chosen session carefully before booking. Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend. If Glaze & Graze needs to cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers to another person may be considered if we are notified in advance and the replacement attendee meets the workshop requirements. Transfers between sessions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
